HireMe is a recruitment interview and analytics platform. When a recruitment firm uses HireMe, that firm is the controller of its candidate data and HireMe processes that data on their behalf.

From recruiters and their team we collect account details such as name, work email, company and role, along with how the product is used.

From applicants we collect the information they share during an interview, including the recording and transcript of the conversation, contact details, work rights, qualifications and the score and summary we generate from the interview.

We use recruiter information to provide and secure the service and to support your team. We use applicant information to run the interview, produce a score and summary, and present ranked candidates back to the recruitment firm that invited them.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use candidate data to train models for anyone other than the firm that owns it.

Candidate information is shared with the recruitment firm the candidate applied to. We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the platform, such as cloud hosting, our voice interview engine and email delivery. They act on our instructions and are bound to protect the data.

Data is protected in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to what is needed to run the service. Each firm's data is isolated from every other firm. We keep information for as long as the firm needs it to run its recruitment, and we remove it on request.

Candidates and recruiters can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold. Recruitment firms can also remove a candidate and the data derived from them at any time from within the product.

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences such as your theme. We do not run advertising trackers.
